YOU ARE CRUCIFING SARAH PALIN. HER PROFESSIONAL OR POLITICAL LIFE IS OPEN TO REVIEW BUT HER FAMILY MEMBERS ARE NOT PUBLIC FIGURES. DON'T YOU REALIZE THE 17 YEAR OLD GIRL IS ALREADY TERRIBLY EMBARRASSED AND NOW THE WHOLE WORLD KNOWS ABOUT HER. HER SITUATION IS NOW PUBLIC AND HER NAME SHOULD NEVER BE MENTIONED AGAIN ON TELEVISION, RADIO OR IN THE NEWSPAPERS. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. IF YOU HAVE A HEART, PLEASE LEAVE SARAH'S CHILDREN AND HUSBAND ALONE.

How come NBC Olympic coverage never shows the medal ceremonies when no American athletes are on the podium?

Case in point: Yesterday, Matthew Mitcham scored a huge upset over the Chinese in mens platform diving but scoring an almost perfect dive and NOT ONE SINGLE NBC channel showed the ceremony.

They went straight to the next event where Americans were favored to win gold.

I think it shows poor sportsmanship on the part of NBC news!

To Andrea Mitchell. so you 'heard' form an Obama source that McCain cheated. Just another example of the bias in maistream media. Just another reason to stay tuned in to Fox news.

John Edwards' act of infidelity would make a wonderful and informative piece of news to help people understand that people in power positions are not corrupted by the power but rather they are lacking in personal power. This is an indicator of a lack of integrity. Lord Acton is often quoted, "power currupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely" was effectively disputed by Herbert Spencer of "Dune" in an interview in Psychology Today several years ago. He stated that power cannot corrupt but people in positions of power are often corrupt. It seems to me that it takes forever for people to become educated when truth is readily available. This is an opportunity for the news media to do some educating rather than just repeating the tired old dogmas of the past.

Why did you have to spoil a perfectly good televised portion of the olympics with those moments with George Bush? The man who quietly stands for hurting more people in this country as well as other foreign lands. I had to leave the room! I am sure that I am not the only American that gets ill when I see this horrible leader given gratuitiously, air time for his continued lies.
I would be surprised if he even knew versly what Bob Kostos was even talking about. However, I do understand that if NBC had the opportunity to talk with other scurilous criminals then it would also be the networks obligation to bring those moments forward and have safe, small, nice talk as well.

I have tried to watch Brian Williams news program ,but like all of your other news you are so ridiculously predjudiced to Obama I cannot take it any longer. Are you trying to run off all but liberal viewers. WHy not give quarterly reports on the earnings of Brian and your other celebrety entertainers and so called newscasters. Discouraged in Texas. (Oh I forgot, you hate Texans) JB

Meredith, one I remember when you were a cub reporter @ WJAR you have gotten so soft or are a lyer on your interview with the corrupt Speaker of the house, you were going to ask her about her promises when she took over, Meredith you never asked any ? about anything or her saying they would lower the gas & fuel prices & now they have doubled them like her you are still questionable as a compentent reporter as she is speaker of the house. You as NBC have gone so far to the left I can not watch your trash anymore. You were told a long time ago to be fair to all news stories , I guess you forgot that?

Bob Levy (Ex Mayor of A.C.) put 20 years in the Military including two years in Vietnam, it wouldn't matter if he was a cook during that time,I'm sure he witnessed an ugly War. The sounds of exsposives, dead bodies torn apart and the unforgetable smell of burnt flesh are just a few memories that some soldiers can't get rid of. Unless you've been there or have had a loved one who was there, you'll never begin to know. They couldn't pay me enough to risk my life for a country who takes better care of foreigners than their own Veterans. What kind of record keeping does the military have anyway? Sounds like somebody is sleeping on the job if part of his records are missing. I think Levy has paid his dues!

Attn: VP NBC News,
Why not just post at the top and bottom of every news cast the following: "We are a firm supporter of Obama for president of the U.S.; in fact, we consider him already elected and are just going through the motion until he is the president." You're entire news department is so biased that it is an embarrassment, especially to any young Journalism student who would be looking to your network to immulate. Please! I have not and will not watch a single news cast, or any type of your programming, of your network. What happen to Journalism 101? You and your entire team have simply forgotten, or just ignore the basic rule of Journalism: "Who, What, When & Where - only; Do not show any preference. Be unbiased." Shameful! Un-American!
